PROCESSAlthough the process of affiliating your club is quite simple, we want to make sure it goes through flawlessly.
1. FILL OUT THE CHAPTER AFFILIATION FORM
After your club has decided to affiliate with The Ecolibrium Project, you can fill out this form. Soon, we will send you an email and get in touch with you.
2. SET THE PASSWORD TO YOUR ECOLIBRIUM ACCOUNT
Most of our resources and curriculum can be accessed on our website. To create your Ecolibrium account, we will send you an email to set your password. Once you have done this, you may log in to your account on this website. 3. GAIN ACCESS TO THE ONLINE RESOURCES AND CURRICULUM
Upon logging in to your Ecolibrium account, you may access our learning resources, event resources, curriculum, and forum. However, use our curriculum and learning resources wisely; do not share this information to anyone other than your chapter's members. 4. FULFILL YOUR AFFILIATE CHAPTER REQUIREMENTS
Every affiliate chapter is required to present at least two of our custom-designed curriculum slides and complete a monthly volunteer service project. In order to validate that you have done the following, you should take photos during meetings in which the curriculum is presented and during your monthly volunteering event at your local nonprofit. 5. VALIDATE YOUR REQUIREMENTS
For every curriculum meeting and volunteer project visit you must upload your photos to the validation forms. The form for the curriculum meeting is found here and the form for the volunteer project is found here. 6. NETWORK WITH OTHER CHAPTERS
Discover other chapters of The Ecolibrium Project in your area by using our forum to communicate with them and participating in our one-day annual online conference. Once you have introduced yourself, we encourage you to partner up to create a larger impact in your community (i.e. push for a state environmental bill, host a larger volunteer event, etc.) |
